135L vs 85mm 1.8

I’ve now decided to postpone my plans for Canon 135mm f2 L, the lens that is often regarded as The Perfect Lens ever produced by Canon. I guess with Canon 100mm f2.8 IS L Macro covers a nice focal length and having the IS is definitely a plus here, it takes fabulous portraits with an awesome bokeh and it has the versatility of offering Macro when you need to get close to your subjects.

On the other hand, I’ve also been doing some research to compare 135L against the Canon 85mm f1.8 lens I’ve. I understand that its not fair compare a professional grade L lens with a consumer grade Prime lens such as 85mm. But I guess these two lenses are so far covering my needs very well. Probably, after upgrading to the Full Frame, adding a 135L to the bag will be a pleasure.

I took 85mm to the city on a lazy Saturday and I simply loved the results.
